How we can help
The Children’s Physio provides assessment and treatment for babies and children of all ages. We commonly support children referred for prematurity, delays in gross motor development (milestones), concerns such as flat head shape, altered muscle tone, and genetic conditions.
Developmental delay - delayed rolling, sitting, crawling, walking.
Orthopaedic concerns such as plagiocephaly, torticollis, talipes, hip dysplasia, toe-walking, flat feet.
Musculoskeletal and neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophies, genetic conditions such as Down Syndrome, Angelman Syndrome and Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injuries.
Coordination concerns such as Developmental Coordination Disorder and dyspraxia.
Hypermobility and low muscle tone.
